I’m Suchandra Bose — an artist based in Krakow, Poland, with roots in Kolkata, India, the City of Joy. Art has been my lifelong companion since childhood, evolving from a playful curiosity into a profound form of self‑expression. Through my work, I strive to capture emotions, cultural stories, and everyday inspirations, blending the vibrancy of Indian folk art with contemporary sensibilities. My daughter's marriage was fixed sometime back and I got a chance to fulfill my secret desire to produce a calendar for 2022 on Lord Jagannath. My daughter's wedding invitation card was also planned to be merged with the calendar so it can become almost a collector's item, in my humble opinion.
